## 01 / Why we exist (Manifesto)

This isn't an edtech pitch. It's a line in the sand.

- Stop asking permission to start.
- We teach what the market pays — and pay you to learn it.
- While they ask for your diploma, you show your bank account.
- We don't train developers. We train founders who code.
- DevFellowship isn't a school. It's a crew.

## 02 / How the program works

**Real projects. Real pay. From day one.** Weekly meetings and self-paced content tracks built by the team. You start with microtasks and graduate into shipping for real clients. Pedagogy: Project-Based Learning (PBL).

- **Step 01 · Microtasks — Start small. Get paid.** Your first tasks pay R$80–100 each. Weekly meetings, async content tracks. You ship from week one — no "come back when you have experience."
- **Step 02 · Sandbox — Build in a low-pressure arena.** Real but internal, low-risk projects — a sandbox with no deadline pressure. You raise your delivered points and your throughput, run after run.
- **Step 03 · External clients — Ship for the market.** After ~6 months you're ready for external projects — clients brought in by the satellite companies (e.g. Revera). Now you're getting paid like a builder, not a student.

Stacks we train: TypeScript, Postgres, AI Engineering, Web3. Heavy on AI-assisted development. Web3 is our high-conviction, off-the-beaten-path bet.

## 03 / Proof, not promise

**GitHub. Real projects. A bank account.** We don't hand out certificates. We point at what fellows shipped.

Metrics (last 6 months, pulled from the work schema, updated Jun 2026):
- ~R$136k+ distributed to fellows
- 26 active fellows
- 206 deliveries
- 9 projects

Hackathon win · Token Nation: Chainlink Track, won with AltPay. Community youth on the same stage as the rest of the world — and walking off it as winners. Fellows also placed in the Base track at ETH LatAm 2025 with projects like RefuConnect (PIX → Real-pegged stablecoin, on-chain) and GreenLoop (recycle materials, get paid in crypto via Chainlink + a Base mini app).

## 04 / For institutions

**Your students. Our engine. Builders the market actually hires.** Founder to founder — not vendor to procurement. You bring the young people and the regional reach. We bring the culture, the pedagogy (PBL) and the microtask engine that turns potential into shipped work.

- You bring the talent — social institutes, technical schools, colleges, and the young people who deserve a real shot.
- We bring the machine — culture, Project-Based Learning, and a microtask engine that pays from day one.
- The market hires the result — companies that hire bootcamps and squads of fellows get builders, not graduates.

## 05 / Venture builder (satellites)

**Companies are born here.** DevFellowship is the core. Around it orbit satellite companies — and the fellows themselves build companies around the core. This is a venture builder, on purpose.

- **Itera** — the learning arm. Our training engine, packaged for schools and institutes. (Coming soon)
- **Your company next** — the next satellite hasn't been named yet. It might be yours.
